DBMK first started working with Tour24 back in 2018, helping them build their first website to start showcasing and marketing their innovative new mobile technology. The company’s technology enables prospective renters to take self-guided tours of multifamily properties, freeing up leasing agents’ time while making it easier for renters to view properties after hours and on weekends. Flash-forward five years, one pandemic, and having their self-guided tour technology implemented in communities nationwide, and Tour24 was optimally positioned to further expand their reach and better showcase their unique value proposition.
That meant Tour24 was ready for a new website, so they called DBMK. We needed to take the website from its original purpose – simply explaining the idea of self-guided tours – to showcasing how easy and convenient this technology makes life for everyone who touches it. That ever-widening group includes not only renters and leasing teams but also marketers, property managers, operations teams, multifamily owners, and more. Accordingly, we worked with Tour24 to understand their goals and objectives and create a website to better reflect who they are and where they’re headed. The new website creates an improved visual presence aligned with their updated branding direction, as well as a more dynamic user experience that more effectively showcases their product.
