Case Study:
We put together a PR strategy that incorporated three tiers of media to reach our clients audience. By sending out one press release to the large national newswire, direct emails of the news announcement to a more lifestyle/fashion specific list, and then mailing media kits with product to a highly targeted list of fashion editors we were able to get our client the coverage they needed. This was the first introduction of Bloom Black Ties to the media so we wanted to make an impact with custom designed media kits that included product, brochures, and celebrity exposure to provide a key first impression.

Results: Bloom Black Ties where featured in InStyle Magazine, The Oprah Blog, Real Simple Magazine, Fox News, Yahoo! Shine, The Denver Post among other media outlets.

The River Club offers the only upscale full service private residence club in the beautiful town of Telluride. Utilizing a diverse group of images DB Marketing created a full campaign around "This Is Telluride" and the wide range of emotions that the area invokes. Spectrum GC is a long time Denver contractor known for their important work with restoring and renovating historic downtown area buildings. DB Marketing created a marketing campaign that provided a positive reflection of Spectrum’s work and craftsmanship. Case Study:
Award-winning Toronto architectural firm KPMB designed 37 luxury units, incorporating 32 distinct floor plans for The SugarCube. We discussed with our client how important it was to utilize impactful signage so their audience could visually see these special residences would not be missed. Knowing the building is located in the most highly trafficked area in LoDo we designed oversized window graphics that visually took the street traffic up into the residences and prompted a big spike in requests for tours.

Results: This large spike in tour requests from signage was a big part of the overall sales program that achieved leasing all the residences shortly after launch of the marketing campaign.

Case Study:
One of the most important events of the year for downtown Denver in which top business, political, and civic leaders from the Rocky Mountain and West regions attend this invite only conference. DB Marketing put together a marketing campaign that included a sophisticated printed program and mailer. We utilized a combination of foil stamping and embossing on a specialty black touché paper that prompted potential attendees to realize this was a significant event with marketing that reflected the importance of attendees at the show.

Results: Committee chair specifically called out how wonderful the marketing was at the outset of the conference which speaks volumes for the results.
